  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
  • One account per business entity is permitted

4. Subscription & Payment

  • Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance
  • All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes
  • Payment is processed through secure third-party payment gateways
  • Subscription auto-renews unless cancelled by the user
  • You may cancel your subscription anytime from dashboard settings

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose
  • Upload content that infringes intellectual property rights
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Resell or redistribute our services without permission
  • Upload malicious code or viruses

6. Intellectual Property

7. Limitation of Liability

Menu Hai Store shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the last 12 months.
