1. Subscription Refunds

All subscription payments are non-refundable once activated. This means that once your subscription period begins and you have access to our services, we do not offer refunds for the remaining subscription period, under any circumstances.

2. Free Trial Period

We offer a 14-day free trial for all new users. During this trial period, you can explore all features of the selected plan at no cost. No payment is required until you explicitly upgrade to a paid subscription. We recommend using the free trial to ensure our services meet your requirements before making any payment.

3. Accidental Duplicate Payments

In case of accidental duplicate payments due to technical errors, we will review such requests on a case-by-case basis. If a duplicate payment is confirmed, we will either:

  • Refund the duplicate amount to your original payment method
  • Credit the amount to your account for future subscriptions

To request a review for accidental duplicate payments, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction at support@merchanthub.com with payment proof.

4. Technical Issues

If you experience technical issues that prevent you from using our service, please contact our support team first. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue. If we are unable to resolve the technical issue within a reasonable timeframe, we may, at our sole discretion, offer a credit or extension to your subscription period rather than a refund.

2.5% Transaction Fee

In the event of an approved refund, please note that a 2.5% transaction fee may be deducted from the refund amount. This fee covers payment gateway charges and is non-negotiable.

5. How to Cancel

To avoid future billing, you can cancel your subscription anytime from your account dashboard. Navigate to Settings → Subscription → Cancel Subscription. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period, and no further charges will be made.
