1. Cancellation Options

Users may cancel future subscription renewals anytime from their dashboard settings. When you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period, after which it will not be renewed.

2. How to Cancel

To cancel your subscription:

  1. Log in to your Menu Hai Store dashboard
  2. Navigate to Settings → Subscription
  3. Click on "Cancel Subscription" button
  4. Confirm your cancellation

3. What Happens After Cancellation

  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle
  • You will continue to have full access to all features during this period
  • No further charges will be applied after the current period ends
  • Your data will be retained for 30 days after expiration
  • You can reactivate your subscription anytime before data deletion

4. No Cancellation Fee

There is no cancellation fee. You can cancel your subscription at any time without any additional charges. You will only be charged for the current billing period in which you cancel.

5. Data Retention

After your subscription expires (due to cancellation or non-renewal), we will retain your data for 30 days. During this period, you can reactivate your account to restore all your data. After 30 days, your data will be permanently deleted from our servers.

6. Reactivation

If you wish to reactivate your subscription after cancellation, you can do so anytime by logging into your account and selecting a plan. Your previous data may be restored if reactivated within 30 days of expiration.

Important:

Please ensure you cancel before your next billing date if you do not wish to continue with the subscription. Manual cancellation through support must be requested at least 3 days before your billing date to avoid the next charge.
